Olivia “Liv” Brayan

Greetings! I’m Liv, a people-first operations and transformation consultant with over eight years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations, leadership teams, and growing businesses through periods of change, growth, and realignment.

My work lives at the intersection of operations, culture, and care. I partner with leaders to translate vision into reality. Over the course of my career, I’ve served as the connective force across teams by strengthening internal communications, designing retreats and gatherings, and implementing systems that bring clarity. 

My background spans operations management, people operations, executive support, internal communications, and event logistics, with experiences in the nonprofit, education, finance, food systems fields. I’ve led and supported work such as:

• Designing and facilitating multi-day retreats and offsites that support alignment, trust, and shared direction

• Auditing and rebuilding operational systems to reduce friction and improve collaboration

• Partnering with executive leaders to design sustainable workflows, rhythms, and decision-making structures

• Leading internal communications strategies that increase transparency and connection

• Supporting organizations through team transitions, growth, and cultural integration

My approach is grounded in equity, community care, and trauma-informed practice. Whether I’m transitioning a team to new project management tools or holding logistics for a complex convening, I bring clarity, calm, and intention.
