Alysia-Rae “Raesun” Brayan

Greetings! I’m Raesun, a community centered operation and executive administrative consultant with nine years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations, leadership teams, and growing businesses through major transition and re-stablization. 

My work flow is centered around holding an understanding of the truth and sharing the reality of what is, to create simple steady pathways to what needs to be. I connect with leaders and team members by deeply listening and mirroring back where the needs actually reside. 

I welcome authenticity that leads to healthy work communication resulting in stronger team bounds that lead to deep fulfillment in the working environment.  My background is in system coordination, administrative support, operations management, executive support and event logistics, with experience in the nonprofit sector, LGBTQ+ advocacy, racial justice, food sovereignty, and values-led organizations.

My work with clients at Ether and Roots allows me to be a conduit for mirroring. Honoring the potential for the future and seeing where transformation is calling. Mirroring the reality can allow folks to feel a sense of empowerment to change patterns, cycles and habits that no longer support the people or the goal. I ensure these processes run smoothly, efficiently, with expansion and client values in mind. My approach is grounded in authenticity, kindness and a trauma-informed practice, all the while holding a gentle influence towards the opportunities that will lead to a sense of restorative self satisfaction.
